BCI Academy

Created to foster a work environment where everyone can flourish and contribute to the collective success of its employees.

With the aim of providing a working environment where everyone can flourish and contribute to the collective success of its employees, BCI has launched an entity called the BCI Academy.

Its mission is to reduce or even eliminate the gap between the available and necessary skills, to perpetuate and transmit knowledge within the BCI Group, to reinforce the commitment to cultural diversity, inclusion and team cohesion, and to respond to training needs identified in accordance with training plans.

This entity's activities focuses on 3 areas:

Team Building activities :

The academy offers regular team-building activities, such as seminars, training courses and recreational events. These activities are designed to create bonds between teams, foster mutual trust and encourage support among colleagues.

Cultural events :

The Academy hosts cultural events to celebrate the diversity of the BCI Group.
These events include cultural presentations, shared meals and other activities that foster intercultural dialogue and strengthen ties within our banking community.

Monitoring and evaluation :

The academy uses evaluation mechanisms to measure the impact on team cohesion, collaboration and employee satisfaction. These evaluations enable initiatives to be adjusted in line with participants' needs and feedback, thus ensuring improvement.

The objectives of this academy are to strengthen interpersonal ties, promote teamwork and optimize overall performance in order to collaborate effectively to achieve corporate objectives.
