• Copy of your valid national ID card, or passport or residence permit

• A certificate of residence (certificate of employment, EDM/SOTELMA bill)

• An initial deposit of 50 000 FCFA (minimum)

 Current Account for Individual Companies

• Extract from the Trade and Companies Register

• Two photos

• Copy of your valid national ID card, or passport or residence permit

• A certificate of address for your company (lease contract, EDM/SOTELMA bill)

• Bank details

• An initial deposit of 250 000 FCFA (minimum)

 Company Current Account:

• Statutes

• Extract from the Trade and Companies Register

• The minutes of the Board of Directors naming the officers and specifying their position (when not stated in the statutes)

• Two photos for all principals and signing officers

• Copy of valid national ID card, or passport or residence permit for all principals and signing officers

• A certificate of address for your company (lease contract, EDM/SOTELMA bill)

• Bank details

• An initial deposit of 250 000 FCFA (minimum)

 Non-Trading Companies

• Statutes

• Internal Regulations

• The minutes of the Board of Directors naming the signing officers

• Two photos for all principals and signing officers

• Copy of valid national ID card, or passport or residence permit for all principals and signing officers

• A certificate of address for your company (lease contract, EDM/SOTELMA bill)

• Bank details

• An initial deposit of 250 000 FCFA (minimum)

 Public and Para-Public Companies

• Creation decree or ministerial agreement

• Decree of appointment and authority for the Director

• Copy of valid national ID card, or passport or residence permit for all principals and signing officers
