Limited Company /Single-Member Company
- Statutes in accordance with the OHADA (by notarial act or private powers of attorney) along with notarial declaration of enlistment and payment (DNSV);
- Extract from the Trade and Companies Register and property credit register
- Journal of legal notices with notification of the company’s creation;
- The minutes of the constituent general assembly (in the case of an in-kind contribution)
- The minutes of the Board of Directors naming the officers and specifying their position when not stated in the statutes (CEO, Chairman, General Director, General Administrator);
- The list of people with signature authority over the accounts along with certifying documents (minutes, delegation of signing authority) ;
- A water or electricity bill or lease for the company not older than 6 months
- A valid piece of ID for all principals and signing officers : national ID card, residence permit, or passport;
- 2 Passport/ID Photos of all principals and signing officers
- Initial deposit of FCFA 1 000 000

Liberal Professions without Trade Register Entry
- Minutes for the oath of office or letter of expense allocation or authorization from supervisory ministry or a certificate from professional organizations
- A valid piece of ID for the signing officers: national ID card, residence permit, or passport;
- A water or electricity bill or lease not older than 6 months or a certificate of residence
- 2 Passport/ID Photos of all principals and signing officers
- Initial deposit of FCFA 1 000 000
Cooperative / Mutual
- Authorization from their supervisory ministry
